As a Culture Capital Scout, you’ll get paid to refer those founders to us. No sales. No follow-up. Just connection.

What You’ll Do
  • Refer qualified leads (we’ll show you the exact signals and ideal client profiles).
  • Introduce them to our Core Code Audit or Stratosphere™ Assessment.
  • We handle the rest—you earn when we close.
What You’ll Need
  • Active presence in founder communities, ecosystems, or DEI-aligned networks.
  • Respect as a connector, ecosystem builder, or trusted advisor.
  • Belief in cultural alignment + unapologetic infrastructure.
What You Get
  • Flat finder’s fee or % of project value (based on lead quality + volume).
  • Recognition as a key force shifting business power toward underestimated brands.
