As Co-Founder and VP of Business Development at Reality Media, one of the early digital pioneers in open-source tech, John helped introduce platforms like Joomla and Mambo to BIPOC startups, nonprofits, and institutions—long before digital equity became trendy. He built the infrastructure that helped clients scale with dignity, not dependency.

Based in Kansas City, MO, he turned the boutique firm into a regional force by forging strategic partnerships with UMKC, Rockhurst University, and the City of Kansas City, MO. His leadership earned him induction into the Harold A. Johnson Mentorship Program, and agency nominations for Greater KC Chamber Small Business of the Year.

At Farmers Insurance, John operated at the enterprise level—implementing employee engagement strategies that cut risk exposure, including bad faith claims. His performance earned him the Excellence in Claims Award, solidifying his ability to lead inside complex systems.
